What is the project process?
During the initial phone query, general information about the project will be gathered and an appointment will be made to meet for a free on-site consultation. During the consultation meeting the site will be assessed and a more detailed discussion of the project will take place. At Shinte Home Improvements we work closely with homeowners to incorporate their ideas into the build while providing options and recommendations based on our experience. A quote for the work will be presented once full costings have been determined.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet clients during daytime or evening hours.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, all rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes, any problems arising from the work carried out will be corrected to the client's satisfaction.
